Thursday, friday, saturday & sunday FULL of activities
Wanna go jump building at my house there HAHA
Today i attent St.john cadet day at H.Q.
I saw Yu Ying (primary's friend) there , she change alot dy :'(
Janice, Geon(Pcghs) and my friends get a certificate and a badge
because they duty more than 100 hours .
It given by the St.John Pulau Pinang Commander *correct ?
next year is my turns.. HAHA

Yesterday girl's volleyball team lose dy :'(
VS Prai, Jit Sin, Pcghs & Union
Just won Pcghs..
I saw tiok my Chung Ling Butterworth's friends .
Michelle, Xianz, Dini and someone else !
they din't see tiok me =P
When i watch the competition, I play my rubiks too .

每天晚上你都尽量抽出时间教我们关于First aid 和 Foot Drill 的东西
我知道你曾经想放弃，但最后你还是坚持继续教我们
我真的非常感谢你，但我还想说声对不起
在这次比赛中，我和组员表现极差，尤其是在Foot Drill那一部分
我的队长因为关于紧张所以把所有comman都忘记了
我和组员只好将错就错，直到完成任务。
今年过后你就毕业了，也就是说这次是你最后一次当trainer了
你曾经说过： “输赢不重要，
最重要的是在比赛过程中我们学到了东西。”
虽然口头上说不重要，但其实大家心里都希望在这次比赛可以获奖
我答应你，我会当一个很好的member，
如果有机会的话，我会以你为榜样，做一个尽责的trainer 。

My 1B exam results,
many subjects get more higher marks than 1A exam
except Science and Maths >.<
If let Sir Lee knew that , me sure get scolded by him

Let me think back when primary school's time ,
many things happened ..
Expecially a hiao cha bor (Eunice Saw Soon Voon)
hope they still remember what they done before to me ,

Eat KFC at there as my dinner, but why I still feel hungry ?
after back home eat rice again =P
A few month later me sure become a fatty girlll..

评审团为歌手兼声乐老师黎升铭、本地著名经纪人黄俍帼、Energy前团长牛奶

由志祥、升广、Ash和Kenny组成的Friendz，在3个比赛环节中，包括“终极火力战”、“终极升级战、”以及“终极自强战”，都获得评审团一致的青睐，好评如潮。与此同时，他们也是观众SMS的超强人气得主，从比赛一开始，人气一直都是遥遥领先的。Friendz在第一个比赛环节中，以热力舞蹈唱出《个中强手》，由于是首个表演的团体，所以稍微影响了他们的比赛水准，但在接下来的环节中，分别唱出《I'm Yours》以及《爱来得刚好》都有不俗的表现。尤其是在演唱《爱来得刚好》时，获得评审团一致的赞赏，纷纷表示Friendz的表现不仅感动了观众，同时也感动了评审团。这个环节高水准的表现，为Friendz赢得了36.5的分数，也是全场最高的分数。

随着登上了“未来乐坛新霸主”的宝座，Friendz也获得了成为八度空间旗下艺人的通行证！八度空间首席执行员阿玛依詹奥玛在记者会上证实，Friendz将被安排出席八度空间的活动或节目，成为力捧的艺人之一。他更称赞4人是很有天分的表演者。Friendz 也表示，拿了冠军后，很期待有发片或演出的机会。他们也坦诚，比赛前并没有唱片公司和他们接触。他们说，自己从未想过会得奖，但却谦虚地表示：“我们还有进步的空间。”Friendz认为，4人的默契十足是让他们登上宝座的最主要原因，但他们还是希望在接下来的表演中，能把评审团的讲评都加以改进，然后作出更好的演出。Friendz也获得了10万令吉的奖金，他们表示，之前曾讨论过若得奖，会把部分奖金捐献给慈善团体，至于多少钱，志祥则说：“之前是说1千令吉。

Volleyball Camp , 2/6/2009 ( 8am-6pm )

我们报到后，教练就带我们到4k1听他‘念经’，整整几个小时。之后我们分组玩游戏，我的组员有ginhui,pheiyyun,minzhe,zhiying,yikgim,kooiyoong(不太清楚他们的中文名字)。我的组名是Mirecle，意思是代表着我们会有奇迹出现，肯定能拿第一，而我们的口号则是We are the best team in the camp, come and fear me if you can, MIRECLE ~

我们的游戏分别有“总务要，排球之最和Captain Ball”。虽然只有三种游戏，但我们也用了整个下午的时间来完成。尤其是“总务要”这个游戏，教练把它分成四关，每一关都不同任务。其中一关竟然叫男生去找20条大约7cm的头发，而女生则要找40条头发，我们组员就牺牲一下，一人拔下6条头发。另外一关则是我们如果抽到5和2，就必须在指定圈内只放5只手和2只脚，我们差点跌到，但最后还是完成了。由于我们完成的速度也比别组快，所以这个游戏我们组暂时领先。最后到“Captain Ball”这个游戏，我们只得第二，输给了Dwarf组。在三种游戏里，我最喜欢Captain Ball了，如果我还没进排球队，我一定参加Captain Ball *哈哈

游戏玩完了，我们也回到4k1公布成绩，女子组我们获得第一名，男子组则是Surve组，奖励就是零食一包，汽水一瓶 *哈哈。我今天学到好多东西哦！
p/s : 打排球不只是要靠技巧，也要有团结精神，我们要成为一个海绵，而不是一块石头，遇到瓶颈时，我们要懂得何时扩大与缩小，不然只会是死路一条 :)
